History

Founded in 1954 and rooted in Hsinchu, the Shih-Chuan story began in a humble earthen house with red roof tiles and three water jars.

In 1961, Shih-Chuan Food Factory was established, beginning the production of sauces and seasonings. This marked our official entry into the food industry, with sales focused on the Taoyuan, Hsinchu, and Miaoli regions.

Shih-Chuan products expanded their distribution south of the Zhuoshui River and into the Hualien-Taitung region.

Shih-Chuan products are now available throughout Taiwan.

Shih-Chuan launched the "Vinegar for Men & Women" ready-to-drink vinegar beverages, introducing fruit vinegar drinks 14 years ahead of Taiwan's mainstream wellness trend and establishing a new concept of healthy living.

Shih-Chuan actively expanded its overseas channels and markets, entering more than 30 countries, including the USA, UK, and China.

Celebrating 60 years of excellence, Shih-Chuan products now reach all five continents, paving the way for the next 60 years.
